PvE-Only Skills
No, this is not a "bawwww, remove PvE-only skillz nao!", even though I think the game would be much better without them.
Anyway, I was going to screenshot a picture, but I'm pretty sure you all know what I'm talking about.
When you press K to bring up your skills, and you're going through and their all organized by Attribute (i.e. Divine Favor --> Healing Prayers ---> Prot Prayers, etc. etc.) and your PvE only skills are listed under "Deldrimor Title Track" or "Sunspear Title Track". Well, I personally don't feel like memorizing what track By Ural's Hammer! is, or almost any PvE skill, also, it causes unnecessary clutter that I think could easily be avoided. My small suggestion is, get rid of all the PvE only skills being listed under their respective Title Tracks, and just make one heading of "PvE-Only Skills".
Like, Dislike, Other suggestions? Let's hear em.

Well, there are alot of small things that could make the game better. Kind of a waste of time/opinion to focus on this don't you think ?

/signed. There's just WAY too many drop downs now. PVE only skills drop down with a bracketed 'Kurzik' 'Luxon' etc would be more than sufficient.

I can't imagine something like this taking even a college computer programming student more than 10 minutes to do.

If they have time to put the attributes on the other side of the character screen for, um, no reason, they have time to create a new skill category.

I can't imagine most of the suggestions, like logging in offline when there's already a system for it for admins and test servers, would take more than 10 minutes either. But apparently it still takes forever to do.

Have you taken a look at the majority of the largest recent GW updates? And you're so incredibly concerned about "waste of time gw2 etc etc"? Get real, get a clue, why will people look for any reason in the world to badmouth something?
It's simple enough, and it makes arranging skills a little bit easier. I can't think of a single reason why this would be a bad idea.
The same people who bitch "NO DONT WAIST TIEM GW2 GW2 GW2" will be the same ones bitching "omg y have u forgotten gw1 sadface?" when GW2 is out.

Though I respect your opinion, like above posts, the only thought I could have came up for a response was, "this wouldn't hardly take up more than five minutes of basic programming to change the directory of where skills go."

I'm one to agree. Personally, I don't care if they're all shoved into a Player Versus Environment category, OR these skills only appear when you don't have the PvP Environment status almost always active. (I'm actually quite annoyed more than fond of it appearing.)
Having PvE drop down into more sub-categories would be nice too. Being able to organize them in my own fashion, would be much more appreciated. For example.
Warrior/Assassin
Strength
Axe Mastery
Hammer Mastery
Swordsmanship
Tactics
Critical Strikes
Dagger Mastery
Deadly Arts
Shadow Arts
No Attribute
PvE Skills
With my preference of having Primary attributes first, than having them go in any order.

The way they are arranged now makes it a whole lot easier to distinguish them from their separate title tracks. Unless you had four other ladders under PvE skills, it would just replace one inconvenience for another...

I dont mind really. The PvE skills are at the bottom anyway, just above the Non-Attribute skills.
It could make things easier, but personally I dont mind.

They are a lot, but sometimes they get in the way.
Anyways, putting them under a single list will only be annoying, I would have to navigate through a lot of skills to pick one.
So no, putting them in a single list would be a mistake.
A PvE/PvP sorting option would suffice, like the Elite/Non elite sorting option.
Putting the skills in trees lists instead of just plain single lists would help too:
+Sort option 1.
|-+Sort option 2.
That way, you choose [Sort option 1: Profession], then [Sort 2:Elite], and you get 3 folders with 2 sub-folders each:
+Warrior Skills.
|-+Elite warrior skills.
|-+Non-elite warrior skills
+Elementalist Skills.
|-+Elite elementalist skills.
|-+Non-elite elementalist skills
+Common Skills.
|-+Elite common skills.
|-+Non-elite common skills
Or you can choose [Sort option 1: PvE-Only/PvP skill]s, then [Sort option 2:Attribute] and you get:
+ PvP Skills.
|-+ Axe mastery
|-+ Hammer mastery
|-+ Strenght
|-+ Swordmanship.
|-+ Tactics
|-+ Air magic
|-+ Energy Storage
|-+ Earth magic
|-+ Fire magic
|-+ Water magic
|-+ Unlinked skills
+ PvE-only skills.
|-+ Lightbringer skills
|-+ Sunspear skills
|-+ Luxon skills
|-+ Factions skills
|-+ Norn skills
|-+ Asuran skills
|-+ Deldrimor skills
|-+ Ebon Guard Skills
|-+ Unlinked skills (In this case you'll only see the Signet of capture under this branch)
That would help a lot soting.
And this would also allow us to make things like checking all elites from a single profession when we are capturing, to know the ones we miss.

If it was optional why not, but i prefer them under their titles cus i dont go around maxing all the title tracks so, with them under their seperate title tracks i can use the skills in line with what title i have at a decent level on that character.
Since there are so many skills now some better ways to sort them (above looks good) would be a real help.

It would make it harder to find skills for me.
I happen to know which tittle track skills belong to but have a harder time at remembering/recognising the icons.
Selecting them from a list of 12 is easier than from a big wall of icon's.

I voted no because now there are way too many PvE only skills that it would be a nightmare trying to locate the one skill u want from a single section. It is well organized atm.
